You may request deletion of information held by TL Automation at any time. Removing TL Automation from Facebook Business Integrations stops future authorized access, but it does not automatically remove information already stored by TL IT Services. Use the process below for deletion.
How to request deletion
- Email info@tlitservices.com with the subject “TL Automation Data Deletion Request”.
- Include your business name, account email, connected WhatsApp display number and, if available, the WhatsApp Business Account ID. Do not send passwords, OTPs or access tokens.
- We will reply from an official TL IT Services address and may ask for reasonable verification that you control the account or business number.
- After verification, we will confirm completion or explain any information that must legally be retained. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.
What will be deleted
Depending on your request, deletion may cover the TL Automation business profile, WhatsApp connection and encrypted token, stored contacts, message records, webhook event payloads and support records linked to the account.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited records required for legal obligations, payment or tax records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or proof that a deletion request was completed. Retained information is restricted and removed when the applicable need ends.
Disconnect Meta access
You may also remove TL Automation from Facebook’s Business Integrations settings and unsubscribe the app from your WhatsApp Business Account. This prevents future API access but should be used together with the deletion request above when you want previously stored information removed.

If you are a customer who messaged a business using TL Automation, contact that business first because it determines the purpose of the conversation. You may also contact TL IT Services and we will assist the business with a verified request.
