TL IT Services (“TL IT”, “we”, “us”) provides TL Automation, a multi-business platform that helps businesses connect and manage customer communications through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you visit our website, create an account, start a trial, connect a WhatsApp Business Account, or use TL Automation.
Who is responsible for the data
TL IT Services, Bihar, Dist- Saharsa, Bangaon, PIN 852212, India, is responsible for account, billing, support, website and onboarding data. For WhatsApp conversations handled for a subscribed business, that business determines why it communicates with its customers and TL IT Services processes the data on its behalf.
Information we collect
- Account information, including your name, email address, WordPress user ID and login-related records.
- Business information, including business name, industry, subscription or trial status and support communications.
- WhatsApp connection information, including WhatsApp Business Account ID, Phone Number ID, display number, verified business name and encrypted access credentials.
- Communication information, including customer WhatsApp identifiers, display names, message content, message type, timestamps, delivery status and webhook event data.
- Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser information, server logs, event hashes and records used to prevent duplicate or fraudulent processing.
- Payment and subscription information when paid plans become available. Payment-card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not intended to be stored by TL Automation.
How we use information
- Provide, secure and support TL Automation and its two-day trial.
- Connect business accounts through Meta Embedded Signup and process WhatsApp messages requested by the connected business.
- Route messages to the correct business using the WhatsApp Phone Number ID.
- Maintain message status, contact records, service reliability, abuse prevention and audit history.
- Communicate about service, security, billing and support.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.
Meta and WhatsApp
TL Automation uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. When you choose Connect WhatsApp, Meta handles your Facebook login and permission screen. TL IT Services does not ask for your Facebook password or WhatsApp OTP. Information processed by Meta and WhatsApp is also governed by their terms and privacy policies.
Sharing and service providers
We disclose data only as needed to provide the service, follow the connected business’s instructions, protect users, or comply with law. Providers may include Meta/WhatsApp, our website and hosting provider, security and monitoring providers, and a payment provider when subscriptions are enabled. We do not sell personal data.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, signed webhook verification, duplicate-event protection and encryption for stored WhatsApp access tokens. No internet service is completely secure, and customers must protect their own accounts, devices and authorized users.
Retention
Account and WhatsApp connection data is kept while the service is active and for a limited period needed for security, legal, billing or dispute purposes. Conversation data is retained according to the connected business’s instructions and service configuration. Following a verified deletion request, data not required by law or for legitimate security records will normally be deleted or irreversibly de-identified within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law. A business customer may also request export or deletion of the data TL IT Services processes for that business. Disconnecting the Meta business integration stops future authorized API access but does not automatically delete data already stored by TL IT Services.
Children
TL Automation is a business service and is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated and material changes will be communicated where required.
